1. Process of Establishment

　This organization was launched for moving on and forward the project titled “Establishment of Education and Study Management System for Proactive Learning ”　 (2012~2016), which is one of the University Collaboration Education Promotion Projects supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2012.
The organization members work for providing valuable education and contributing local society, collaborating each other to face the problems which are most challenging in particular for small/ medium-sized private universities.

3. Purpose

To improve the quality of Higher Education and contribute to development of a community, we are going to

• (1)develop methods to evaluate learning outcome.
• (2)develop education programs for students and workers.
• (3)develop performance tests for students.
• (4)spread and promote methodologies of “IR”.
• (5)give a license
• (6)interact with membership university.
